Our method
A disciplined path from uncertainty to action.
Good analytics is not a dramatic reveal. It is a traceable process: frame the decision, verify the evidence, investigate the right patterns and help the team act.
01 — Frame the decision
We begin with the choice your team needs to make. Together, we define what is in scope, what success means and who will use the answer. This prevents broad analysis that is interesting but difficult to apply.
02 — Verify the evidence
Before interpreting behaviour, we test event definitions, sequence, completeness and known limitations. Material gaps are documented plainly. When the data cannot support a conclusion, we say so and recommend a way to improve it.
03 — Investigate the pattern
We analyse meaningful journey stages, customer groups and time periods. Commercial context—campaigns, releases, payment changes or merchandising decisions—is brought into the interpretation.
04 — Activate the finding
Findings become prioritised actions, test ideas or measurement changes. Each recommendation includes the evidence behind it, its likely impact, relevant constraints and an owner to carry it forward.
