Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our analytics services reserve professional time and often begin with preparation before a workshop or visible deliverable. This policy explains when a refund or credit may apply. Any project-specific cancellation terms in an accepted proposal take priority.

Before work begins

A full refund of prepaid fees is generally available when you cancel in writing at least five business days before the agreed start date and no project-specific preparation has begun. Bank or payment-provider charges that cannot be recovered may be deducted.

Work already started

Once work has begun, completed time, workshops, analysis and committed third-party costs are non-refundable. If the project ends early, any unused prepaid balance may be refunded after those amounts are deducted. Deposits used to reserve capacity may be non-refundable where this was stated in the accepted proposal.

Rescheduling and no-shows

You may request one reschedule without charge by giving at least two business days' notice, subject to availability. Shorter notice may result in a reasonable rescheduling charge. A missed workshop without notice is treated as delivered because the time was reserved and prepared.

Service concerns and partial refunds

If a deliverable materially differs from the agreed scope, notify us within seven calendar days of receipt. We will first seek to correct or complete the work. If that is not reasonably possible, a partial or full refund may be offered in proportion to the affected deliverable. A change of preference after compliant work is delivered is not itself grounds for a refund.

How refunds are processed

Send your request with the project name, reason and relevant details through our contact form or call +60 3-8737 1935. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible within 10 business days, although your financial institution may take additional time. Exceptional circumstances will be considered fairly and in accordance with Malaysian law.
