Service engagements

Scope, deliverables, timing, client responsibilities and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. You agree to provide timely access to agreed information and ensure you have the authority to share it.

Recommendations depend on the quality and completeness of available data. We provide professional analysis and judgement, but do not guarantee a particular revenue, conversion or campaign result.

Fees and intellectual property

Invoices are payable according to the accepted proposal. Unless stated otherwise, you may use final deliverables internally after full payment. Deploynodebase retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates and general know-how.

Confidentiality and liability

Each party must protect confidential information using reasonable care. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service and excludes indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
